Licenses — National Communications Authority of Somalia

In terms of Article 37, 38, 39, 40, and 41 of the National Communication Act of October 02, 2017, no person may transmit any signal by radio or use radio apparatus to receive any signal by radio, except under and in accordance with a radio frequency spectrum license granted by the Authority.
